“Zoe’s Garden" - Printed to order and shipped unframed in rigid mailing tube. Ink Jet printed on high quality Hahnemuehle archival art paper with a half inch, white border.
My friend Zoe has a big garden in Prince Edward County. She mostly grows vegetables but there are loads of flowers like zinnias and dahlias. In the late summer and fall there is a huge tomato harvest which she likes to turn into sauce and preserve in jars. Sometimes I stay there with her and enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the pond and if i’m really lucky, we enjoy a meal together of some of the garden’s bounty. In this composition, the vessel is a vase that I made for Zoe as a gift for her hospitality.
