Circle Study #55 Kingsbrae Gardens is a digital photograph that was arranged and photographed in a studio at an artist’s residency in St Andrews, New Brunswick. All of the flowers; roses, zinnia, clematis, yarrow, fern and anemone were grown in the acres of gardens there. I collected the starfish, sea urchin and shells while walking at low tide near the residency. It was a rare opportunity to include local ocean specimens along side the gorgeous blooms arranged in a borrowed Delft bowl.
This photograph is available as a 16 × 16 inch archival inkjet printonHahnemühle fine art paper, with a ½ inch white border for framing, and is offered as a limited edition of 25.
